Class Description

  • Circuits

    A mixture of resistance work and cardio stations, no co-ordination needed.

  • Core Max

    A mixture of weights and core exercises.

  • Burn

    A weight loss and fat burning class, set in a comfortable environment, with progressive sessions and varied styles each week!

  • HIIT

    High intensity interval training alternates periods of intense and generally anaerobic exercise with active lower-intensity recovery periods.

  • Core

    Focussing on core (abs and back) muscles, this floor-based class allows you to work on your “six pack”!

  • Indoor Bootcamp / Functional 30

    A short sharp gym floor based class, utilising the 10 metre track, tyres, ropes, sled and TRX.

  • Group Training

    A mixture of aerobic, strength, functional and core exercises.

  • Pump & Core

    Tone up and build strength, with free weights and core exercises.

  • Body Conditioning

    A full body workout using light weights.

  • Tempo Weights Class

    weights based class focusing on specific tempo for each exercise, this improves technique and places more stress on the working muscles, making them stronger!

  • Pilates

    Using controlled, dynamic movements. This floor based class will improve your posture, strengthen your core, and flatten your tummy

  • Spin Circuit

    The class is split between working on a SPINNING bike and traditional 'STATION' based circuit training.

  • Baare Fitness

    A workout class combining Ballet inspired moves with elements of Pilates, Dance, Yoga and strength training.

  • Studio Cycling

    Using static bikes in the studio, no co-ordination needed, come along and get sweaty

  • Yoga

    Working at a relaxed pace, using three major techniques (body posture, breathing exercises and relaxation) you will bring new strength, vigour and suppleness to the body.

  • Zumba

    A combination of targeted body-sculpting classes and high energy cardio. The ultimate dance-fitness party!

  • Cardio Blast

    An aerobic based 30 min class using equipment and bodyweight exercises.
